Adds [ExcalidrawAutomate](https://github.com/zsviczian/obsidian-excalidraw-plugin/blob/master/AutomateHowTo.md) a library of functions to generate Excalidraw drawings with Templater. Fixes issue [#37](https://github.com/zsviczian/obsidian-excalidraw-plugin/issues/37). Adds context menu to file explorer to create a drawing in any folder.
