First of all, you need to use the command pallet to insert a LaTeX formula, so you choose "LaTeX formula," and you can just simply type in your formula here. Then you press enter. Voila! The formula appears. If you want to edit this formula, so let's say I want to make this red, then I can simply edit the formula like this, click enter, and the formula is updated. Also, if I open up the markdown view, then you will see that the formula is listed under embedded files, and you can also come here and do your edit. So, let's say from here I want this to be black, and if now I go back to my Excalidraw view, then you will see that the formula is now colored red and black. So that's all I wanted to show you.
